Requests and approval

You can request a 25-minute or 50-minute English lesson through the booking page. A request temporarily reserves the selected time, but it is not a confirmed appointment until the administrator approves it. The administrator may decline a request. An approved lesson receives a Google Meet link, which is shown through your private booking status link.

Availability and notice

Lessons are offered Sunday through Friday during the teaching hours displayed in the booking system. Saturday is unavailable. Times are shown in your device’s timezone; the teaching schedule uses the timezone shown on the booking page. Requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Pending holds normally expire after 24 hours or at the advance-booking cutoff, whichever is sooner.

Cancellations and communication

The administrator can cancel a confirmed lesson when at least 12 hours remain before its start. If you need to change a request, contact English with Saima on Instagram. Automated email notifications are not currently available. Save the private status link shown after submission and check it for approval, decline, cancellation or Meet details.

Payments and privacy

The booking system does not collect payments. See our privacy notice for how booking and calendar information is handled.
